No Label Nutrition® Return/Refund Policy

We have a strict return policy! Please read our return/refund policy before purchasing products.

Return Eligibility:

- We only accept returns for products that are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for multiple quantities of one item, kits, bundles, or gift cards.

Return Window:

- Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

- Include the original packing slip with your return.

How to Start a Return:

2. Once your return is authorized, please send the item to:

- Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Fees and Refunds:

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

- Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks after receiving your return.

Damages and Issues:

- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

- To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

- For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

- We will notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 6-8 weeks. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
